Groove is led by Scott Bell, who has over 20 years of private investment experience. Scott began his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. within its private equity and advisory groups, and became a partner at Weston Presidio Capital, a growth equity and buyout firm. Most recently, he was a founding partner at Main Post Partners, a lower middle market firm with $3.7bn under management investing across the consumer value chain. He has served on the boards of numerous private companies. In addition, he has served as Board Chair and Treasurer for Lone Mountain Children’s Center; as a member of the California Leadership Council for The Nature Conservancy; and has coached Little League for eight seasons. Outside interests include playing drums, fly fishing, and almost anything in nature with his family of five. He graduated magma cum laude from Princeton University and later from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
